Further Outpatient Care

  • Patients should continue follow-up care until IOP is controlled.

Deterrence/Prevention

  • Careful surgical technique is indicated to prevent this type of glaucoma.

Complications

  • There are multiple causes for this type of glaucoma; the complications depend on the cause.

Prognosis

  • The prognosis is dependent on the ability to control the IOP.
