  • Multiple myeloma
  • Central giant cell granuloma

  • Hodgkin lymphoma
  • Burkitt lymphoma
  • Bisphosphonate

Consider actinomycosis infection in the differential diagnosis of any acute, subacute, or chronic cutaneous or soft tissue swelling of the head, face, or neck.
