  • Dent disease type 2
  • Congenital infections (rubella)
  • Nance-Horan syndrome
  • Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome
  • Cystinosis
  • Zellweger spectrum disorders including Zellweger syndrome, neonatal adrenoleukodystrophy (NALD), and infantile Refsum disease
  • Myotonic dystrophy type 1
  • Muscle-eye-brain disease (MEB)
  • Mitochondrial disorders
  • Wilson disease
  • Mucopolysaccharidosis
