  • Sepsis

  • Gastroenteritis

  • Aseptic meningitis

  • Sinus node dysfunction

  • Organophosphate toxicity

  • Heart failure

  • Ventricular tachycardia

  • Arrhythmias

  • Syncope

  • Cardiotoxic plant ingestion

  • Class Ia cardiac drug toxicity
