Diagnostic Considerations

In addition to urethral diverticulum, the differential diagnosis of an anterior vaginal wall mass should include the following:

  • Skene gland abscess
  • Gartner duct cyst
  • Müllerian remnant cyst
  • Vaginal inclusion cyst
  • Vaginal leiomyoma
