  • Barium poisoning
  • Beta-adrenergic agonists
  • Diarrhea
  • Diuretics
  • Enemas or laxative use
  • Hyperaldosteronism
  • Ileal loop
  • Insulin
  • Leukemia
  • Magnesium depletion
  • Periodic hypokalemic paralysis
  • Steroids
  • Theophylline
