X-linked adrenal hypoplasia congenita: Hypogonadotropic hypogonadism is associated with X-linked adrenal hypoplasia congenita and usually presents with lack of pubertal development. Primary adrenal failure occurs in infancy or early childhood. Mutations in the DAX1 gene are implicated. [31]
